Flexsteel sets first retail seminar for December

HIGH POINT – Manufacturer and importer Flexsteel Inds. will host its first retail sales

seminar for Flexsteel Signature Gallery dealers here Dec. 6-7 in the company’s International Home Furnishings Center showroom.
Featured guest speakers will be Jay and Iris Byers, authors of “The Byers Guide” and nationally known sales consultants, who have developed a training program tailored to Flexsteel.
Their presentation aims to provide retail sales associates with an understanding of today’s consumer, and to give them the new set of sales skills and tools necessary to meet the increasingly high expectations of the home furnishings purchasing experience.
Cara Price, Flexsteel display and design manager, also will present a session on fashion trends, fabrics and colors. In addition, she will conduct an accessory presentation and workshop, and will present the company’s October market introductions.
